When I was in 7th grade, I broke my jaw. So for more than a month, my mouth was wired shut. I cleaned my teeth by swishing hydrogen peroxide around in there. Ewww!
So today, I am completely, neurotically, insanely dedicated to brushing my teeth.
Recently, my middle school-aged daughter riddled me this: if you had to choose between a toothbrush or clean underwear, what would you choose? She was clearly horrified by my answer.
What about you? In a world of limited resources or high stress, if you were forced to choose between clean underwear and a toothbrush, which way would you go?

I vote for the toothbrush. You can always clean the underwear you are wearing.
I would have to pick the toothbrush. Cant stand nasty teeth or breath. It's good to air things out so I could go with out the undies :)

Free BALL'IN!!!...but clean teeth!
I remember a travel tip for traveling lightly that suggested wearing your underwear inside out on alternative days. Of course, the same guidebook suggested wearing one's bathing suit as underwear to save on packing volume. Of course, if one is just surviving, who cares really?
I'd need the toothbrush. Underwear can be washed, worn inside out, and hung up. No flexibility with dental hygiene.
